Call for entries for the DEUTSCHE TGA-AWARD 2026 launched

The trade journal Moderne Gebäudetechnik has opened the call for entries for the 7th DEUTSCHE TGA-AWARD.

The prize recognizes outstanding planning achievements and technological innovations in technical building equipment (TGA) and will be awarded in November 2026 as part of the GET Nord trade fair in Hamburg.

The DEUTSCHE TGA-AWARD is aimed at technical building services planners, students and manufacturing companies in the building services industry. Awards are presented to exceptional new build and refurbishment projects that were completed no more than two years ago, as well as innovative concepts for projects in the planning phase. The prerequisite is that the submissions go beyond the minimum legal requirements and the state of the art and set new standards - for example through particularly energy- or water-saving solutions, high cost-effectiveness, holistic sustainability or innovative digital approaches.

Planners can apply together with the manufacturers involved in the projects. Students have the opportunity to submit entries for the Young Talent Award. All projects that meet the entry requirements will be presented with a short profile on the website and in the Moderne Gebäudetechnik newsletter. The award will also receive editorial coverage in the publisher's trade media and other media.

Applications are free of charge. The closing date for applications is May 31, 2026.
