Are you active in the independent art scene and would like to learn more about how an integral understanding of all project work tasks can help professionalize your artistic work? Are you planning a collaboration to increase the visibility of your art, to network internationally or to engage in supra-regional exchange? Perhaps you already have experience with collaborations and want to expand your knowledge?
The workshops in the "Impulse - Network - Exchange" workshop series organized by the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts are dedicated to these and other questions. The events are aimed at the Bavarian independent art scene and take place in cooperation with associations from the independent art scene, depending on the topic being discussed.
In artistic project work, non-artistic tasks such as communication and organization dominate. In order to professionalize artistic work and advance your own career, you therefore need a comprehensive understanding of all the tasks involved in project work. The impulses from Rolf Stemmle ("Young Writers" - the Writers' Association of Eastern Bavaria) and Matthias Quabbe ("Guterplan" platform) will show how this can be achieved.
The event is being organized in cooperation with the Verband deutscher Schriftstellerinnen und Schriftsteller in Bayern e.V. and the Bayerischer Landesverband für zeitgenössischen Tanz Bayern e.V..
In this workshop, artists from the fields of visual arts and performing arts will report on their approach and their experiences with cooperation projects. Julia Venske (sculptor), Ella von der Haide (performer) and Daniela Aue (theater director) will provide impulses.
The event is being organized in cooperation with the Berufsverband Bildender Künstlerinnen und Künstler Landesverband Bayern e.V. and the Verband Freie Darstellende Künste Bayern e.V. .
The workshops will take place online via Zoom; registration is required.
