Summary
The State Office for Information Security is the IT security authority of the Free State of Bavaria.
Tasks are, in addition to the active protection of state IT systems, the consultation of municipalities, public companies as operators of critical infrastructures and the state administration itself. Together with BayernLabs, there is an advisory service for citizens in all parts of Bavaria.
