We develop and manufacture automated optical inspection systems (AOI) for the electronics industry - with a focus on precision, efficiency and AI-based defect detection. Our solutions significantly reduce false calls and can be quickly and easily customized thanks to AI and CAD data setup. Especially in wirebond inspection and in the analysis of the finest photomask structures, we achieve the highest reliability (e.g. up to 250nm defect size with INREMA) and thus revolutionize the market.
