Nanotech Digital GmbH is a company focusing on the development of graphene material technology and CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) based applications as well as applied technology support in the field of devices. We represent leading South Korean companies specializing in mass production of front-end process equipment in the fields of CVD, ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition), RTP (Rapid Thermal Processing) and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) in Europe.

In addition, we are the European agent of a company specializing in non-destructive inspection equipment with X-ray technology for wafer-level packaging such as TSV (Through-Silicon Via), BGA (Ball Grid Array) and wire.

In cooperation with KOTRA and various Korean municipalities and companies, we support the market launch of German and European equipment, components and materials in Korea as well as the entry of Korean companies into the German and European markets.
