MACHmotors is a contract and subcontract manufacturer of highly specialized electric drives for prototypes, one-offs and small series in the field of measurement/precision technology, mechanical engineering/industry, automotive, medical, regenerative energy, aerospace, defense technology and marine. Hand-manufacturing enables the highest power densities to be achieved, even with complicated winding schemes, without having to invest heavily in plant and equipment. The product range is diverse and can be illustrated by the following key figures: - Diameter of the drives from 20 millimeters to 20 meters - a few watts to currently 220 kW - up to currently approx. 12,000 Nm A further expertise of MACHmotors, in order to withstand the high demands on temperature, voltage and vibration resistance, is winding full encapsulation under vacuum. Currently, we are increasingly working in the field of digitalization and production data acquisition in order to not only meet the high quality requirements of our customers in terms of production technology, but also to digitally map planning, documentation and traceability.
