Mechatronics competence in teaching and research

With the bachelor's degree programs in mechatronics and industrial engineering with a specialization in mechatronics, and the consecutive master's degree program in automation technology and robotics, the university offers ideal conditions for training specialists and managers in the field of mechatronics. A new part-time degree program is Systems Engineering, which combines engineering content with in-depth knowledge of computer science. This is offered jointly with Augsburg University of Applied Sciences at the Nördlingen and Memmingen sites. The course is designed to enable employees to gain further qualifications in parallel with their work in the company. Graduates are ideal specialists for digitization in production.
