Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences is characterized by its particular research strength in the key areas of intelligent systems, materials and knowledge management. With the Sustainable Energy Technology Transfer Center (NETZ), we support regional SMEs in the development of company-specific concepts for a successful energy transition in Bavaria.

The focus is on innovative approaches to energy generation, storage and distribution as well as increasing energy efficiency in production. Together with companies and local authorities, we develop practical solutions that are tailored to individual needs. Our extensive experience in the field of clean tech, particularly in the development of intelligent technologies and software solutions for the sustainable and resource-saving use of energy and materials, enables us to implement innovative approaches in a targeted manner.

By setting up real laboratories, we create the opportunity to conduct research on specific challenges faced by companies on site and to test new methods. We invite companies to discuss possible collaborations and joint projects with us in order to actively shape the transformation to a sustainable and climate-neutral economy.
