Hyperganic's design engine makes it possible to generate highly efficient objects for 3D printing with the most complex geometries. Design iterations can be adapted in the shortest possible time based on simulation. This workflow can be demonstrated using the example of a reactor engine. Framework factors such as cooling channel algorithms were defined by aerospace engineers. Based on this input, the Hyperganic Design Engine generated design proposals, which were tested by a simulation. This feedback determined the design of the next generation of rockets until, after several iterations, an optimal design is defined.

Hyperganic Print then enables voxel-accurate implementation of the design on modern 3D printers. Well-known printer manufacturers use Hyperganic's technology as the front end for their printers.
