Company or institute description

As a contract manufacturer, we produce customized components from amorphous metals according to your specific requirements. Using state-of-the-art simulation software, we design parts to make the most of the unique properties of our material. We are a small, agile company that can scale quickly thanks to the extensive support of the Heraeus Group. Our headquarters are located in Karlstein, Germany.

Technology / Research

The high-purity amorphous powders from Heraeus AMLOY are specially optimized for additive manufacturing. Even conventional 3D printers can process them into larger components with complex geometries. Due to their particularly high strength, components can be modified in terms of their design, e.g. in bionic structures.
