The dental laboratory market has changed enormously over the last decade. Digitalization continues to make inroads. Components for tooth production must adapt to this change. More sensitive high-performance ceramics require very precise, reproducible firing control, with a significant reduction in cycle time. This is offered by our AUSTROMAT™ ceramic furnaces, with and without vacuum option. Instead of firing ceramics, people are increasingly moving to printing ceramics, typically with polymerization steps. This requires, in addition to our high-precision trix™ 3D DLP printers, again temperature-stable AUSTROMAT™ furnaces, and digital process control systems that facilitate the user's work. Perfect global productivity and serviceability are only possible with cloud-based, location-independent server systems, such as our DEKEMA Circle, in which our hardware components can be redundantly and easily integrated - even and especially in your non-dental area of application!

From the development and construction of the first ceramic furnaces in the 1930s, still under the auspices of the manufacturers of dental ceramics at the time, followed the founding of DEKEMA Service GmbH in 1973 with headquarters in Freilassing. The robust design and reliable operation were exemplary at the time and have been a commitment and tradition for us ever since.
