Sophia Wieland is Sustainability & Climate Change Lead at the Munich-based software company Celonis. She studied at the Technical University of Munich with a focus on energy economics and completed a master's degree in sustainability and social innovation at HEC Paris. After leading the activation of employees for social and ecological initiatives at Celonis, she is now responsible for the company's climate strategy. She focuses on innovative approaches to not only reduce the carbon footprint, but also to create a positive handprint through employee engagement.
