Simone Kubowitsch is Professor of Business Psychology at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences. In her research, she deals with questions of psychological diagnostics, the development and promotion of future skills and the design and analysis of team processes. A particular focus is on the challenges posed by digitalization, new forms of work and the use of artificial intelligence.
