Rosmarie Steininger is the founder and Managing Director of CHEMISTREE. She thinks it's great to bring the right people together with the help of algorithms and AI.
She developed algorithms for logistics systems at the BMW Group and charitable projects at the BMW Foundation, the success of which was based on particularly good relationships between the participants. She brought both facets together in 2017 when she founded CHEMISTREE. CHEMISTREE develops matching platforms for its customers, e.g. for recruitment, mentoring, peer coaching or events.
