Monika Schindler completed her degree in business informatics in 1999. After working for a software company for three years, she joined KV Bayerns in 2003.
Over the course of 22 years, Ms Schindler has been responsible for numerous member-related digital topics, from the introduction of online billing and the development of the member portal to the creation of various online access channels and the telematics infrastructure.
She has headed the Digitalization department since 2018.
