Michael Holland-Moritz holds a degree in mechanical engineering/materials technology.

He worked for many years as a managing director or project manager in industry. He always paid particular attention to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Since 2013, he has been using his wealth of experience in innovation management to analyze the situation in Bavarian SMEs for Bayern Innovativ GmbH as part of the Enterprise Europe Network. The results are used to develop measures to improve the company's situation.
