Karlheinz Morgenroth studied business informatics and received his doctorate in computer science from the universities of Bayreuth and Bamberg. After several positions at consulting companies he joined Schaeffler in 2013 helping to build up the Functional Safety department. In 2016, he joined Leoni to head the Functional Safety and Quality Management department. From 2020 he took over the expansion of the electronics division for intelligent power distribution modules and Zonal Controller in cooperation with Valeo. Since 2024 Karlheinz Morgenroth is responsible for strategy and technology of the electronics division.
