Gisela Baumann has been working at Bayern Innovativ GmbH since 2001. After 14 years in project management in the energy and construction sector, she moved to the trade fair department at Bayern Innovativ at the end of 2015 and has been coordinating the Bavarian joint stands at international technology trade fairs ever since. Since the beginning of 2019, she has also been project manager for trade fair participations for Bavarian universities on behalf of the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts and is the contact person for young start-ups and founders.

After studying geography, Gisela Baumann's professional career initially took her to South America for 10 years - as part of an international joint venture project in the gas pipeline industry and as a research assistant on a research project.
