BEQ offers its customers simultaneous measurements of complex external and internal contours by means of fully automated measuring and sorting systems, such as measuring and sorting lengths, diameters, burrs and chips, bores, chamfers, form and position tolerances to 100% for position-stable turned parts. Thanks to inspection times of up to 6 parts per second, we can provide our customers with considerable price advantages and, thanks to automated systems, we offer significantly more safety compared to manual sorting.

On request, you will receive inspection reports, error evaluations and a quality certificate for your inspection orders. Thus, your customer can consider the reduction of expenses for incoming goods inspection.

In addition, we support in case of non-achievement of process capabilities and offer (express) inspections and sorting in case of complaints.

We can also step in as a temporary Q-gate in case of supplier problems.
