The VDA, founded in 1972 with headquarters in Munich, is a voluntary association of architects and represents the common interests of its members in legal, professional, economic, social and cultural matters. In Bavaria, the VDA represents more than 800 architects in all fields of construction. Above all energy-saving building is a main concern of many VDA architects. The goals and achievements of the VDA:
