Workshop 3: "Our Roadmap - Qualification in the Semiconductor Industry 2025".

With the Bavarian Chips Alliance, Bavaria aims to position itself as a European center for chip design with its combination of strong industry and cutting-edge research. This requires well-trained employees. In three workshops, we will work with you and relevant stakeholders to develop new qualification concepts to secure skilled labor for the semiconductor industry. The goal of the interdisciplinary exchange with representatives from science and industry under our network umbrella is to develop qualification scenarios to complement current education and training offerings. We want to implement these together in a timely manner in order to address the current needs of the industry. Workshop 3: "Our Roadmap - Qualification in the Semiconductor Industry 2025" The guiding questions in our previous workshops included.: Where is the Bavarian semiconductor industry with an extremely positive development in three years with regard to the skilled labor situation? What risks are there on this road there and how can we counter them? With a collector of ideas, we have ended our workshop on February 02. Now we are developing a concrete action plan on this basis: the "Qualification Roadmap 2025". After the workshop phase, we will present this to representatives of the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Bavarian Chips Alliance, among others. Impressions of the workshop on February 02 at ams-OSRAM's Regensburg site can be found here . The first workshop was hosted by Infineon Technologies Regensburg; go to the review .
