Call for funding on microelectronics published by the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy for the submission of project proposals in accordance with the guidelines of the Bavarian Collaborative Research Program.

Projects are funded that involve significant innovations in the field of electronic systems. The innovations can lie both in the development of novel process and basic technologies or individual building blocks and components, as well as through their integration into a complex and intelligent system arise.

In this context, the transfer of innovative semiconductor materials into high-performance electronic systems as well as the development of new test and verification methods can also be funded.
