The foundation stone was laid at the 2023 Automotive Interiors Cooperation Forum - now the collaboration between Granstudio and the Institute of Construction Technology and Technical Design (IKTD) at the University of Stuttgart has been sealed: In future, the IKTD will be using Granstudio's innovative DigiPHY seating-buck system in its faculty to give students and scientists access to cutting-edge technology and support them in the development and evaluation of new interior design concepts.
It is the pinnacle of successful networking: the initially informal exchange between conference participants leads to a concrete collaboration. This was the case with Granstudio and the University of Stuttgart, who made contact at the "Interieur im Automobil 2023" cooperation forum.
Yoav Nir, Director Business Development DigiPHY & HMI/UI/UX, Granstudio, captivated the audience as a keynote speaker with his contribution on "Designing interiors for the new normal in mobility with mixed reality" and aroused interest among participants for further discussions. There were plenty of opportunities for this during the coffee breaks, lunch and the final get-together. This gave participants and speakers the opportunity to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere and, ideally, to identify joint project ideas. In the case of Granstudio and the University of Stuttgart, this was successful: the discussions on both sides continued intensively after Interieur 2023 and the idea of a collaboration became more and more concrete. In February 2024, both partners made their collaboration public in a press release.

Participating at Bayern Innovative was an excellent opportunity to network and learn. The participant's group is very diverse and a colorful mix of industry, suppliers, and academia.

Successful example confirms the potential of networking forums
For Tim Kastenhuber, project manager of Interieur, the successful initiation of contacts between Granstudio and the University of Stuttgart at Interieur 2023 is a positive signal and confirms the valuable potential of the forum, which not only imparts knowledge but also brings together suitable cooperation partners.
Success stories like this are what characterize our forums. After all, our aim is to bring potential cooperation partners together - perhaps even those who would not normally meet or only fit together at second glance. This is exactly what we have achieved in this case and shows us that we are addressing the right players with our forums.
