Lean logistics offers a variety of possible solutions to better respond to the requirements of different customers in logistics and to significantly increase the efficiency of internal workflows and processes. In this training course of the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Augsburg on Thursday, June 6, 2024, 13:00 - 17:30, you will learn the necessary basics of lean processes as well as the essential lean principles to prepare your company for challenges. The training will take place in Garching at the fml chair of the Technical University of Munich.
