The annual action weeks for securing skilled workers organized by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) and the New Quality of Work Initiative (INQA) make regional commitment to securing skilled workers visible. Companies, networks, institutions, chambers and other players in the labor market can participate with their own events. Registration is open until September 10, 2024.
The 2024 "People in Work - Skilled Workers in the Regions" action weeks bring together numerous events and campaigns across Germany on the topics of securing skilled workers and the transformation of work. The range of topics is just as broad as the variety of formats.
Conferences, trade fairs and workshops will focus on recruitment, further training, digitalization, career guidance, health in the workplace and the integration of refugees. There are also advisory services, telephone consultation hours or action days for various target groups.
