Marius Balon has been working as a project manager for sustainability management and reporting at Bayern Innovativ since June 2024.

From 2021 to 2024, he worked as a climate adaptation manager in the municipal sector and as a project manager for a sustainability-related start-up project.

Marius Balon completed a Bachelor's degree in "Climate Protection and Climate Adaptation" at the Technical University and began his distance learning studies in economics in 2024.
