The use of inspection systems guarantees one hundred percent continuous compliance with specified quality standards, even at the highest web speeds in all process stages. They are typically used in the machine exit after bonding as well as in finishing. They are suitable for inspecting interlinings as well as all nonwovens produced by drylaid (including airlaid), spunlaid and wetlaid processes.

Due to their modular design, the systems can be optimally adapted to any production line, both technically and economically, in terms of web width and feed speed. Delivery is turnkey.

Detection of the smallest, colored or black / white defects, thin / thick spots, wrinkles, stripes, coating defects, holes, formation defects, press defects from the calender.
