Technologie Anwender Zentrum Spiegelau

The Technology Transfer Center, as a branch of the Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with the University of Bayreuth, bundles expertise in research and development related to the topic of glass and its value chain. The focus is primarily on the key areas of digital economy, sustainable management, and innovative materials and processes. This includes, for example, the new development of novel glass products such as micro glass semi-finished products for future-oriented technologies, the optimization of production efficiency and flexibility of existing systems.  These topics are realized in close cooperation with regional and national industrial partners.
