dtec.bw - Zentrum für Digitalisierungs- und Technologieforschung der Bundeswehr

Dtec.bw strategically bundles and substantially promotes UniBw research in the areas of digitalization, as well as research relevant to security and defence and the associated key and future technologies. Without exception, all research projects are carried out together with one or more partners from science, industry and administration. This creates a unique ecosystem with dtec.bw. In particular, Bundeswehr departments involved in the research projects will be better networked with science and industry than before. Sustainable knowledge and technology transfer takes place through the targeted promotion of the creation of patents from the research projects as well as through the establishment of a dtec.bw incubator. With its inclusion in the German Recovery and Resilience Plan (DARP), dtec.bw is funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU.
