Julia Wiedemann is a project manager in the Transformation department at Bayern Innovativ. One of her main areas of focus is the Working World 4.0 platform, which aims to support people, companies and organizations in their transformation processes.

Julia Wiedemann studied sociology and political science at the Humboldt University of Berlin and the Free University of Berlin. This was followed by various positions in the science-related field of personnel policy, change management and knowledge transfer, including at the Institute of Management at Freie Universität Berlin, the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin/Leibniz Institute for Biodiversity Research and the Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises in Berlin.
