Dagmar Aichinger held several positions in the commercial and customer service sector and gained relevant experience as assistant to the publishing director of Computec Media AG in Nuremberg before joining Bayern Innovativ in 2002. At Bayern Innovativ, she worked as assistant to the management and in the central secretariat. Due to her personal passion for music, concerts and festivals, she joined bayernkreativ for the first time in 2016 as assistant to the director for two years. In March 2021, Dagmar returned to bayernkreativ and is now working as a network organizer on a special project of the Ministry of Digitization "Kommunal? Digital!".
