The interdisciplinary network TEXTILE INNOVATION is one of the leading networks for the textile and clothing industry in German-speaking countries. It links business and science with the aim of further strengthening the innovative power and competitiveness of the textile industry. With its work, the network supports easier, faster development of new technologies, business areas and partners - throughout Bavaria, nationally and internationally.
As high-tech products, textiles have to fulfill ever more diverse functions. Interdisciplinary cooperation is crucial for the development of innovative textile technologies. To this end, Bayern Innovativ GmbH initiated the TEXTILE INNOVATION network together with the Bavarian Textile and Clothing Industry Association (Verband der Bayerischen Textil- und Bekleidungsindustrie e. V.) in 2004.
The interdisciplinary TEXTILE INNOVATION network is one of the leading networks for the textile and clothing industry in German-speaking countries. It links business and science with the aim of promoting the innovative strength and competitiveness of the textile industry. Through its activities, the network contributes to the faster and easier development of new technologies, business areas and partnerships.
How does the TEXTILE INNOVATION network support you?
We support you at various stages of the innovation process - from brainstorming to the market launch of new products:
