Contech Software & Engineering GmbH was founded to establish an innovative complete solution for preventive and reactive error analysis and correction as an Industrie 4.0 standard solution. This was realized with the development of the Analyser® - an AI software system that automates 14 years of project experience for production, development and assembly in real time.

As a digital production assistant, the Analyser® fully automatically detects the error patterns, such as the slipping of the screwdriver during a bolting operation, and automatically passes on causes and recommended actions for error elimination to the employee.

In addition, the Analyser®'s predictive analytics tool uncovers causes of quality and cost problems in production and development. The predictive models are now used to regulate and control product and process parameters and for statistical process control for sustainable quality and cost reductions.
