Angiolutions is developing the vascular implant "A3-Shield": the world's first vascular implant to treat life-threatening abdominal aortic aneurysms at an early stage and effectively halt the progression of the disease. An abdominal aortic aneurysm is a pathological dilation of the aorta and therefore a serious vascular disease that is often fatal without appropriate treatment. Angiolutions was founded in 2020 and has locations in Hanover and Erlangen.
