"Textil Innovativ" on 26.6.25 in Augsburg: Discover new impulses, exciting research projects and networking opportunities with experts and decision-makers!

Our "Textil Innovativ" event starts on 26.6.25 in Augsburg:
This year, everything revolves around the fascinating opportunities in the circular economy. The change in the textile industry is supported by new laws and strategic guidelines. We are addressing these topics in cooperation with Augsburg University of Applied Sciences (THA) and the Institute for Textile Technology Augsburg (ITA) as well as the Bavarian Textile and Clothing Industry Association (VTB).

What can you expect?
- Important information on the latest strategy in the circular economy
- First-hand overview of exciting ongoing research projects
- Keynote speeches on various aspects of circular change (technology, production, bioeconomy, social integration)
- Pragmatic implementation of the circular economy strategy using examples of best practices
- A panel discussion on issues relating to the circular economy with experts from research and industry
- Time to make contacts and initiate projects
- Networking in the Circular Textiles Innovation Community (DATIpilot)

On the evening before the event, on June 25, 2025, we cordially invite you to a relaxed dinner in the restaurant of the Textile Museum in Augsburg. Take advantage of this opportunity to network with other participants and industry experts in a relaxed atmosphere and hold initial discussions before the event officially starts.

Who is the event aimed at?
- Decision-makers, technical experts and employees along the entire textile value chain
- Researchers and students from the textile sector and application industries (mobility, health, energy, etc.)
- Experts from related disciplines

Why you should attend:
This event offers you the opportunity to network with forward-thinking individuals and decision-makers in the industry and to work together on the challenges and opportunities of the textile circular economy. Let's shape change together - through creative exchange and interdisciplinary collaboration.
