Our free event series "Fit for digitalization in medical practices" (CME certification applied for) offers you practical answers to precisely these questions. In regular digital formats, experienced experts share in-depth knowledge and best practices relating to digitalization in medical practices. You will also have the opportunity to ask your individual questions directly to the speakers and exchange ideas with colleagues.

Digital communication in the healthcare sector is constantly evolving - with new possibilities, but also many questions in everyday practice. Two central tools are KIM (Communication in Medicine) and the TI Messenger (TIM). But when is which tool useful, what are the differences and how can both tools be best used in everyday practice?

In the webinar, experts provide a practical overview of both applications:

  • KIM - What is behind it, how is it currently used and what are the advantages and limitations from the user's perspective?
  • TI Messenger - How does TIM differ from KIM, what are the typical communication situations in everyday treatment and what advantages does the tool offer service providers?

In addition, typical scenarios are categorized using concrete application examples: When is KIM the right tool, when does TIM lend itself, and how do the two solutions complement each other?

The aim is not to go into technical depth, but to provide concrete support for everyday decisions made by service providers and practice teams. Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to ask their own questions and clarify open points in a joint discussion.
