Traditional career paths are becoming rarer. In order to meet the demand for specialists and managers, companies must also consider unconventional CVs. More and more employees are choosing flexible and non-linear career paths, and HR departments are therefore required to develop new recruitment strategies.

The workshops focus on three specific sectors: Power Electronics, Sensors and the Semiconductor Ecosystem. In these sectors in particular, it is crucial to recognize and utilize unconventional CVs in order to meet the growing demand for qualified specialists.

Target audience

HR managers, recruiters, talent acquisition specialists, personnel managers

Objective

Participants will recognize the opportunities and challenges of disruptive CVs for recruiting specialists and managers and for personnel and organizational development. We will interactively develop solutions for operational HR work and recruitment.
