A Dutch unified communications provider is looking for innovative SMEs from Europe to offer their corporate customers a personalized, shareable and readable identity URL that can be accessed by external parties through multiple channels such as chat, video and call.
Details:
The Dutch company offers contact technology and integrated telecom services through reseller partners and direct brands that enable agile organization. Currently, there are many ways, as an individual or company, to make and keep contacts. Traditionally, the exchange of business cards is still a widely used method of information exchange. This tradition is now being challenged in both format and function as online virtual meetings, conferences and touchpoints become more commonplace. A virtual contact card provides an easy way to share a single link and provides the entry point for managing a versatile communication portal for a single user or team. The virtual contact card could be a platform that integrates with any product or channel within the product portfolio by merging front-end capabilities with the WebRTC-based back-end platform. The enterprise customer can specify preferred contact methods, preferred working hours and user presence to easily integrate this contact flow into any web-based context, such as a full contact web page or a fold-out widget. You retain ultimate control over the delivery channel, email signature, or landing page, and can be configured as an individual, a team, or a server message block. External parties are presented with a list of best contact options at the moment of contact. They are invited to leave their contact information for validation purposes, enriching a company's customer relationship management system and providing lead generation opportunities. The web contact should be mobile optimized, with minimal additional development required. The company wants to know how to develop a total solution in an online environment. What innovative ideas are out there to leverage technology and different functionalities for this purpose. They are open to different types of partnerships, such as a technical collaboration or a commercial agreement with technical support.
Sought partners/notes:
The collaboration would be under a technical collaboration agreement or a commercial agreement with technical support. This technology request is part of an Innovation Challenge and will additionally be posted on an open innovation platform from January 18 to February 15. If you express interest in collaborating with this company before the deadline, you will be directed to this open innovation platform.
