Utilization period
The exploitation period is 6 years. During this period, annual reports must be submitted to the Bavarian project management organization. Within this period, no sale of the filling station may take place that has not been agreed in advance with the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy.
