Funding program for charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in Bavaria 2.0
Publicly accessible charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in Bavaria 2.0
The funding program for charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in Bavaria has been running since 01.11.2021.
Due to an increasing discrepancy between the number of electric vehicles and the charging infrastructure, there is still a high demand for funding for publicly accessible charging infrastructure. In response to this, the Free State of Bavaria is pursuing the "Publicly accessible charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in Bavaria 2.0" funding program to accelerate the expansion and densification of the charging infrastructure in Bavaria.
The funding measure is implemented via corresponding calls, if necessary with additional content requirements. As a rule, one call is planned per year. The funding program has been extended until 31 December 2025. The next funding call is expected in the first half of 2025 (no guarantee).
Who can submit an application?
Natural persons and legal entities, in particular municipalities and districts, are eligible to apply.
