Through the assessment of the competent and experienced consultants from Bayern Innovativ, we were able to get a very good view of where we stand with our processes. Through the analysis with the help of the strategic tool, we were able to determine where we currently stand strategically and where there is potential for improvement on our part. From this, we derived measures and fields of action, which we will follow up in a further meeting.
