By handing over the aforementioned image material, you grant us the rights to use your photographs without any temporal or spatial restrictions. This includes in particular the right to distribute them in digitalized form (e.g. in your skills profile on the Internet).
Indemnification clause: You are responsible for ensuring that the image material offered does not infringe the rights of third parties. You therefore indemnify Bayern Innovativ GmbH against all third-party claims arising from any existing copyrights and/or related rights.
