CDR Award 2024: Wide range of projects win

Bayern Innovativ GmbH and the Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW) e. V. have presented the Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR) Award for the third time. The award ceremony took place on January 29 at the Representation of the Free State of Bavaria in Berlin. 15 projects that stood out for their digital innovation and social responsibility were honored in five categories.

Winner of Energie Start-up Bayern 2024 chosen: CellCircle UG takes victory with innovative battery recycling

The start-ups CellCircle UG (Randersacker), tozero GmbH (Munich) and Qkera GmbH (Garching near Munich) have won the Energy Start-up Bavaria 2024 competition. Under this year's motto "creative and innovative for Bavaria", they came out on top among 66 applications and were chosen by Minister of Economic Affairs Hubert Aiwanger at the Startup Demo Night in Munich's Tonhalle.

SCALE-MX: Transfer initiative launched by Manufacturing-X

Nuremberg / Frankfurt am Main, October 31, 2024

Industrial data spaces, such as those to be created in the federal initiative Manufacturing-X, enable companies to realize the value creation potential of the data collected in industry - estimated by the EU at 270 billion euros by 2028. As part of the SCALE-MX project, Bayern Innovativ will make the results and added value of Manufacturing-X accessible to the entire industry in southern Germany. By participating in SCALE-MX, Bayern Innovativ is promoting a target group-oriented approach to make data room-based technologies accessible to companies of all sizes and promote their broad application across industries.

Great success of the first Healthcare Hackathon Bavaria

Munich, Erlangen, 26.10.2024

"Hack until the doctor comes" - this was the motto under which clever and creative minds tackled the challenges of the healthcare industry from Thursday to Saturday. A total of 200 hackers took part and contributed their ideas from various fields: Interested parties and experts from the fields of IT, care and medicine gathered in Erlangen and Munich to design innovative solutions. The team pitches with the best solution were recognized by a jury and received prize money.

Digital technologies are shaping the future of agriculture

On October 10, 2024, the network event "Agriculture in Transition: Human-Technology Future" took place at the Agricultural Education Center Landsberg am Lech.
