In the winter semester of 2022, our cluster partner, Munich University of Applied Sciences, will offer two new part-time master's degree programs to respond to the increasing challenges and developments of digitalization and to make students fit for their professional future with digital concepts and business models, among other things.
The Study program "Legal Business Digitization" combines competencies from the fields of IT, law and business and serves as a further qualification in the interface areas of law, information technology and business administration. Program director Prof. Dr. Henrike Weiden explains, "We further qualify young professionals so that they can act as bridge builders at the interfaces of law, IT and business," adding, "Only those who know the basics of all three subjects can make the connections, recognize the most important issues of all three areas, classify them appropriately and solve them."
In the Research, Innovation and Technology Communication (FIT-Master)program, students are enabled to develop communication strategies for the internal and external communication of technology companies, research organizations and associations. Especially in times of fast information acquisition, fake news and high information clocking, it is important to prepare complex technologies in a way that is appropriate for the target group.
