Cluster and University of Augsburg promote young talent

"Submerged" - under the surface of the water was the motto for young explorer teams this time.
On April 4, 2025, things got exciting and creative again: the FIRST® LEGO® League Explore once again brought together young explorers from Augsburg, Munich and the surrounding area.
The five teams - consisting of school clubs and private groups - presented their exciting projects under this year's motto "Submerged". Submarines, mystical deep-sea creatures, underwater plants and vehicles were created with great enthusiasm and inventiveness. But it's not just about technology: interdisciplinary learning in the STEM field is also at the forefront of the competition.
Energetic coaches supported the teams, who spent weeks building, experimenting and researching. The panel of experts, consisting of our Cluster Manager Robert Dölle and Nadja Weber from the STEM education team at the University of Augsburg, honored the teams' outstanding achievements with awards, certificates and lots of applause.
