SIAT is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS) within the framework of the federal program "Aufbau von Weiterbildungsverbünden" and offers extensive opportunities specifically for SMEs.
The goal is the development of a sustainable continuing education network:
Joint discovery of potentials in the company
Impulses, how the human resources work of the future can look
Mutual learning from each other, in the sense of the open-education approach
Offering an extensive value-added portfolio
Membership is free of charge due to government funding, can be cancelled at any time and ends automatically at the end of the project.
