The Nuremberg University of Technology Georg Simon Ohm launches a knowledge transfer project on 3D scanning and computed tomography of components. The aim is to provide further training for SMEs and craft enterprises in the region in the field of component examinations using industrial surface detection and X-ray methods.
In the phase, online courses and hands-on seminars will be created with the participating companies using real examples, and interested parties can also try out the various techniques for themselves in practical training courses on site at the TH Nuremberg.
The participation in the further training courses is free of charge for partner companies. If you are interested in the research project as an industrial partner, you also have the opportunity to have components examined free of charge.
