Actively combating the shortage of skilled workers

The Faculty of Materials Engineering at Nuremberg University of Applied Sciences has recently started offering interesting dual study models that enable companies to actively tackle the shortage of skilled workers in the field of materials science and materials engineering.
In addition to a classic dual study program consisting of an apprenticeship + studies, the "study with in-depth practice" is enjoying great popularity. Companies have so the opportunity to bind closely and above all early to their future junior staff. In addition, dual study models are ideal further training models for committed employees without losing touch with them.
