Green Federal Minister of Economics Robert Habeck (right) was impressed by the new "YOULE App" at the Hannover Messe. The energy company GP Joule developed the app and presented it there. Consumers can use it to see whether a lot of green electricity is currently available in their region and should be consumed. Keyword: switching on the washing machine, the dryer or the dishwasher. The idea is that everyone can help reduce grid bottlenecks and redispatch costs. Download, enter your zip code, done. The app works according to the traffic light principle.
