European Commission initiative to strengthen energy independence and supply chain resilience

07/06/2022

Energy dependency and supply chain resilience are currently important issues facing companies in the EU. They mainly affect raw materials, transportation, energy costs and logistics.
With the initiative " Get Digital - Go Green and Be Resilient ", the European Commission is launching a call for expressions of interest to create a pan-European digital catalog of use cases and innovative digital solutions. The innovative solutions are expected to help the EU, as well as Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia, become less dependent on oil, gas and raw materials by reducing overall energy consumption and strengthening the resilience of European industry's supply chain.

To promote the initiative, two workshops will be organized to showcase the most impactful solutions, among others. A panel of independent investment and business managers, as well as energy, digital and sustainability experts, will help select the companies that will participate in the workshop. Applicants can participate in the scheduled workshops even if their business solution is not included in the main digital solutions presentation.
Take the opportunity to present your innovative solution and your company there. The selected companies will receive targeted coaching from SME support services experts.
